Certainly possible. Just need to find the donor parts you want and to get the right pins for the new width. Pins needed are different for liner lock vs slide lock.

What are you trying to add?

Hello I want to add pliers and a small blade, and at the other side a hook. G10 scales and if possible replace the pins with screws

hello

adding an existing layer does not involve any great difficulty.

but composed a hybrid with tools of different sizes of sak it is much more complex

here I believe it is impossible.
the pliers and one of the tools that has one of the thickest springs with no space for the back tools.
and there is not enough room to add a small blade in front.

 :dunno:

Skipper,Work Champ,Hercules,..

you just have to find a donor

the clamp and also identical on the 91mm, it just has the additional nail, which does not interfere with this particular case

The other solution is to buy a workchamp and remove a layer

Actually, you can have all that, but you’d have to add another layer for the small blade. And it might as well have another tool on the opposite side.

The hook isn’t a problem. Just need all the right donor parts. And not behind the pliers.

An ‘outer’ spring just needs to be used in one of the inner layers with either a saw or the main blade.

Lots of options for the small blade with an added layer. I’d use an opener layer spring and both 91mm blades. Could also be the layer you’d add the hook to.

Mock-up of hook and wood saw:
