Deck the Halls
on: December 08, 2021, 02:33:33 PM
I just watched apvie on Netflix from 2006 called Deck the Halls with Danny DeVito and Matthew Broderick.  It's a typical neighbor comedy, where the new neighbor moves in and disrupts the life of the established neighbor, and the sensing hijinks.  It's set at Christmas (hence the name) and is pretty indistinguishable from a million other, similar movies.  Good for a laugh, but not good enough to be a traditional movie.

Even so  there was one bright spot- Matthew Broderick at one point tries to sabotage Danny DeVito's Christmas lights by using a Leatherman Wave to access DeVito's electrical panel.

I didn't get a screenshot, or a time in the movie since I was watching it while making supper, but it is quite clear despite only being on screen for a few seconds.

Great job!  I was going to go looking for screenshots later on, but you've beaten me to it!

I was hoping to get an angle where he moves it and it catches the light, so you can see the tools or perhaps even the model name, but my video player and my reactions are too laggy for that.

The big round screws in the last photo pretty well leaves us without a doubt as to what it is.   :tu:
