I think Duluth/Diamond Calk & Horseshoe made one way back when, except one head size was smaller.

On another note--I thought adjustable wrenches were one size fits most. If it doesn't fit--you need a bigger wrench.

Is there such a thing as a metric vs. imperial/SAE adjustable? I thought not.

Can I get one that's left handed on one side and right handed on the other?

There is apparently a difference lol, the screw threads are reversed

Seems to me like an answer to a question no one asked. I'm not a fan of adjustable wrenches anyway.
