Putting that finger on the lock is awesome idea too
Also, if they really knew anything about cheese they would use the serrated blade. But then again they obviously don't know first thing about blades either

One might wonder what happened right after the pic was taken and she unlocked the blade

I'm pretty sure sure I haven't read that much smurfe in a long time

So you don't cook with grated Mozzarella or Parmesan? (how the heck else do you cook with it?, ok I get the Mozzarela part, but Parmesan?)  Well that's many years of very tasty Italian food that's wrong, according to the Guardian  :twak:

I think it is worth noting that the person in the photo, the person who took the photo, the person who put together the article, and the person who is providing the "cheese wisdom" are four different people.

You would probably be fair to write off the model, the photographer, and the writer of the article (who got the image from getty images, it wasn't taken specifically for that article) as muppets - there's no reason to blame Iain Mellis, Cheesemonger, for the sins of the others.

I suspect they mean the pre-grated stuff in plastic bags, as opposed to buying a lump and grating it "fresh" as part of the cooking.
