Never heard of it so I had to pick it up.  Looks like someone didn't know how to remove the base and used pliers  :twak:.  I gave it a little fill not expecting it to work and it didn't.  Did just a little reading up do I could figure it out.  I took a brass brush and plucked one wire from it.  I then used that wire to clean out the nozzle.  I tried the light again and voila.  Its a pretty cool lighter.  Because someone mangled the case its not 100% sealed so its not the safest lighter.  Its cool non the less and its design is also pretty cool.
