I believe I have a Champion C in route.
I'm trying to narrow down the build date.  Things it has:
Clip point small blade
Aluminum tipped tweezers
Victoria tang stamp

I would say it is a 1973 because 1973 was the first year for the magnifier and Phillips on front, and it was the last year for the small clip point blade.

Also 1973 was the last year for the Victoria stamp
