That is correct. The current version of that knife is now a 44037 and is supposedly made in the US. And that is about all I know at this time.

Great Day 10 pic  :like:

Seems like it is holding its own so far :tu: Feels a bit more clunky to me in hand when the pliers are folded out but each of the tools feel pretty solid to me

Thanks , and I agree with you. It does not feel quite as good in my hand as a Wave.

Better than the can opener on a Juice...

I love that can opener! :like:

I do too

Nice! A must have on every MT :)

Some would disagree, but I prefer to have a good claw can opener on any MT I carry

Seems to work well :D :like:

Yes it does

If you check ReamerPunch's signature, you will find a link to a fairly extensive can opener comparison. I think he gave the Juice can opener a 6 and the Multiforce can opener a 10

I'll check that out when I'm on the tablet (the phone doesn't display signatures). The Juice can opener got the job done, but it chewed up the can a fair bit.

You have to change over to landscape for signatures to appear on your phone, which is inconvenient (at best) when it comes to reading the forum on a phone.

Day 12

I had to replace some 4" LED fixtures, and a couple of the existing holes were a little too small for the new fixtures. The saw took care of that problem:

Nice going Adam

Was using my Multiforce today and noticed that the finish of the pocket clip is not polished like the rest of the tool

If Rich sees this he might not sleep

Day 13

Here is the Multiforce modeling with a close cousin made by Bibury (among others):

Given the one piece handles, the placement of the outer tools, and the inclusion of a eyeglasses screwdriver, the Bibury is an even closer clone of the Wave than the Multiforce.
Personally, I think the Multiforce, with its pocket clip, included bit extension, and two piece handles, is the better tool. At least for my purposes.

The Multiforce with along with the two Multiforce knives I have made:

I will try to remember to take a picture with the knives opened when I go back to the shed

Great pics,  Adam  :like:

I am on the fence about the difference of the tool placement between the Wave and the Multiforce

Your post on making your first MultiForce knife caused me to spend another $40.00 after I made one too.  Still a super handy mod.

Day 15

The Multiforce, a Leatherman ratchet, and I installed a TV in the grandkids' bedroom:

I may have to return the TV. The only programming I could get on it appears to be some local access channel in Michigan  :dunno:

This may be my last day also. Not because the Multiforce is lacking, but I have several MTs I have not carried yet. We will see what I reach for in the morning.
