Hi
I got this knife today.
The Cs  have a bow shape.
It doesn't seem normal to me. I fear trying to straighten it up.
Any thoughts?

If that is brand new, send it straight back, either to Victorinox or the retailer.
Alternatively, if it's second-hand, Victorinox may still be willing to fix it for you.

I can't get myself to do that.
I broke a classics scissors once, with just a minimum force. But it turned out good, I modified it to Escort.
If it breaks, it will hurt.
Maybe I will try to hold my guts and give it a try.

Forgot to mention that our local retail has his own rules. He won't accept it back, my brother bought it years ago and gifted it to me today. Gifts always feel good.

Yeah, most countries give you certain rights with the retailer, but they are limited by time and often certain other conditions.
They wouldn't apply anyway, as it's not brand new from them and you weren't the original purchaser. The contract is usually between the purchaser and the retailer only.

However, you could still contact Victorinox and ask if there's anything they can do....

Thanks Zoid. I believe it would work fine, just want it to look right. I never used a Cs to open wine, don't want to restart a debat, but for me a Cs is like the shield, a distinguishing feature 
But I guess I'll prefer leaving it this way over risking to break it. Anyways it holds the the mini sd without a problem.
