It is usually sold per head here so there wouldn't be any point in me doing it.

There's loads of uses for the stems! Just try googling some recopies.

There was a discussion a few weeks ago on this forum about what constitutes a penknife, but I think no one suggested a definition that includes a Leatherman Wingman  :D

I like the stems and I think what he is doing is stealing from the store.  The store buys broccoli with the stems and sells it that way.  If you don't like the stems you cut them off when you get home.
