It appears that Knifecenter has had some issues.  If you are a customer there, it may be worth contacting them to see if you are affected.

Its a good reason to use privacy.com, which creates a virtual credit card for each vendor that you can pause and unpause.  It has saved my hind shanks on several occasions.
