Attempting another SAK mod- this time a Baldeless 91mm SAK- and I’m looking for some advice.
I’ve seen that it’s possible to buy aftermarket 91 mm scales that have no cutout so therefore the main blade/small blade layer could just be eliminated. However I thought it might be cool to keep the corkscrew and replace the small blade with the combo-tool but then what could replace that main blade
It’s a tough one because the thickness of the main blade layer does not really match any other tool that I can think of (that’s not saying much) also the main blade rests at a slight angle when closed. So this leads me to think the only way to utilize that layer would be to get rid of the combo tool and maybe put two tools that equal the thickness of that corkscrew layer. Anybody have any thoughts about this or have attempted anything like this please let me know.
I’ve searched on here for similar attempts but I’m not the best at searching for stuff
