Leatherman PST - Early Production Variations

What kind of mail order catalog and early production model variations of the PST exist prior to POCKET SURVIVAL TOOL being added?

How about what other mail order catalogs were carrying this tool besides Cabelas, Early Winters?  I know by 1985, L.L. Bean, and Neiman Marcus were selling them, but by then “POCKET SURVIVAL TOOL was added.

This thread was created for this discussion specifically.

I’ll start us off.  Pictured below you can see three variations to US Pat Only version, commonly referred to as an “Early Winters” version, although LTG has stated that they were shipping out the “Current Production Model” when orders were placed so it’s doubtful that only Early Winters got this tool.
