New Digital EDC: PC Doodle Ruler

After the positive feedback on our leatherman compatible bit (Volty), I wanted to do a multi function ruler for other unique measurements. This is PC Doodle Ruler.

It's got a few features:

Electric Field Meter
Magnet Field Meter
Calibrated Temperature (-10 - 140F w/ HIGH and LOW HOLD)
Calibrated Humidity (0 - 100% RH w/HOLD Modes)
Continuity Beep Test
DC Volts (0-28VDC with HIGH and LOW HOLD Modes)
Standard Replaceable Battery (CR2032)

We made the gold plated holes on the top 4mm to accommodate alligator clips or standard test leads.

I would love some feedback on our 1.0 version and any ideas we could integrate before shipping in a few weeks (All manufacturing is done in house, we bought a pick and place machine a few months back). I'll post a video if anyone want to see the PnP machine in action :)

Merit Badges Post your pocket dump photos then challenge two more members who must post their pocket dump photos within 24hrs for you to get the badge. Must update or add a page on the Multitool.org Multitool Encyclopedia Carry an orange item and post a picture of it everyday for 30 days. Start a thread with a photo of at least ten OPT's in your collection Participate in a challenge by carrying  a Leatherman Pulse or ST200 and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the Leatherman MiniTool for thirty (30) consecutive days. In this challenge,  carry one(1) Pliers-based or Non-pliers multitool that we always have prejudice against, hate or even fear and post a picture everyday for 30 days Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) In the spirit of the Batman utility belt. A 30 day challenge were you have to have at least 2 things clipped to your belt (preferably more). Start a thread and post a picture of your clipped gear each day for 30 days. Participate  in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Leatherman Skeletool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Only for the 14th year Anniversary Challenge. Post a photo of any gear for thirty (30) consecutive days during the MTo anniversary month. You have one of your pictures in the 2020 calendar or in top three of the calendar poll in any month of the given year. Participate  in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a LM Pocket Survival Tool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the multitool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the LM Crunch  Multitool for fifteen (15) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the keychain for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the multitool for thirty (30) consecutive days. What does everyone think of the price? I have some wiggle room but want to make sure I hit the right demand / price ballpark.

Should I add some aligator clips and a leather carry case? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Gator clips would be a nice addition but maybe not any type of deal breaker :cheers: but some type of carrying case with your branding on it would be a good idea to keep it safe and to keep people remembering who you are :tu:

Maybe even sell a bundle together with the Volty as an option  :tu:

I agree with Poncho 65, a case and leads (maybe a spare battery) would be a great addition. If all that was included, I might see ≈$50.

This is neat and a nice set of very useable functions. I agree with both Poncho and Groucho that a carry case/sleeve would be a nice incentive.

Yes, Volty on the Ruler can test AA / AAA cells due to the onboard 3V battery.
