I think it is too small and too acutely curved to be an effective hoof pick.  Parcel hook seems more likely to me, unless it’s something we haven’t hit on at all yet.

I think it is too small and too acutely curved to be an effective hoof pick.  Parcel hook seems more likely to me, unless it’s something we haven’t hit on at all yet.

I think it could be used on buttons. You pass it through the button hole, grab the button from below and pull it through the hole.
