Just reading out and wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving, my counters have been flooded with cooking supplies since yesterday to make it easier on the Mrs with what she’s going through, this year the kid and I are pretty much going to be moving around in the kitchen listening to the Mrs give orders, but the one thing I thought of last night was handing the blade over to the kid when it came to carving, although the Mrs and I did cook a Cornish hen yesterday to pull a prank and well that’s getting hidden somewhere.. :whistle: ,, so if he’s carving, this may be very interesting, lol..

Well here’s a few pics, first me ready to just dissect this bird, but then in the next pic I retire my carving blade and fork and hand the duties over to our son for the first time,, in the next pic the kid is attempting his first slice for the first time, he worked it but finally got it and took his first cut, but in the last pic, the Mrs asked him for a carving from the inside of the bird and he noticed something funny, no it wasn’t pregnant but a Cornish hen did pop out! He totally went with it, it was fun..
