Hi any help on this leatherman - has Portland or - no pat pend etc . I’m not too tech on lingo of the screws etc so keep it simple please lads ( and lass’ ) I am a newbie lol

Excellent any idea age etc - Obvs it’s the lack of patent pending info that got me interested as assumed an early one

Welcome to  :MTO:  Tool4work

The first PST II had "Leatherman Tool" stamped on the handles, like the regular PST.

From 1998 on it changed to "Leatherman PST II".
So I assume yours is from 1996 - 1997.

But you can check that yourself.
There is a 4 digit date code stamped into the inside of each handle. Just lift up all the implements  :pok:

What does it show?
