This was a great challenge to follow. I now see the similarity between the Skele and my Freestyle, and hopefully I'll be able to add one of those spiffy red RX models to my fleet sometime. Great job, y'awl! :tu:

The RX is not just a looker, the blade is a real monster for chewing through tough materials.

Day 30

I agree, Farmer and Crunchie. My favorite thing about the RX is the rounded tip. This makes it less likely to stab someone while cutting off their seat belt, and even gives you the possibility to run it inverted inside someone's clothing, functioning as shears. (Comparison below)

I know that many people dislike combo edge blades, and for regular sized multitools I would also rather have one fully serrated blade and one plain edge blade. But for a small tool like the Skeletool I think it makes sense and it works very well. Tools like this is for me more of an EDC thing, you have it when you need it, like e.g package opening (my number one use). Admittedly, after seeing the CX's in this challenge, I might get one if those as well.

It has been a fun challenge, a big shout-out to those who have stopped by along the way. I carry a Skeletool most days anyway, but the biggest challenge has been to find something to take pictures with and actually capturing uses.

Thank you all
