Well, a bunch of smurfing enablers made me get this:

Awlready showing some wear/patina. Maybe 'cause I've been carrying it every day and using it as a fidget toy...

Excellent choice! Rugged, sturdy, girthy, good weight, compact but comfortable and, easy to carry; their  JoWo nibs tend to be really smooth, and are generally great writers. Kudos on your selection!!! :tu:

Edit- Enjoy the starting of your new rabbit's hole ...  :salute:

When I got home, I put a cartridge in it and tried it out... man, it started writing right away, smoother than pens I've had/used for years. I chose the F nib, since I awlready have some M and it works perfectly! Doesn't scratch, continuous line in every direction.

Congrats Harley and pfrsantos.

I got my daughter some Varsity pens a while ago.  I was trying to get her into fountain pens.  She enjoys them quite a lot.

Great advice Juan on working thru the ink dilution situation.  Anytime we change out inks its a great procedure to follow when cleaning.

Another"one" for the collection; a Kaweco Classic Sport set in green, comprised of fountain pen and clutch pencil.
