Day 19

Used the scissors to do a tiny snip in the top of a bag so I could rip it open the rest of the way.
It wasn't this bag in the photo, it didn't have the handy serrations in the top. But I needed a prop since the original bag and its contents are long gone...

Also worth mentioning that it rode in my pocket whilst I did an important presentation today for Uni.
Hooked, like everyone else. ;)

All hail the hook!

Day 21 of 30:
Used the scissors to cut a string off my little boy's jammies this morning. It was 5:30am, so there are no pics. Also used the big blade but switched to the scissors to cut open the packets needed for my little girl to mix up some new play slime.

Day 21:

Wicked busy and long work day. Hardy any uses other than opening a package or two.

But tonight let’s celebrate the unsung SwissChamp heroes; the small flathead screwdriver and the wood chisel.

Them emerald scales……

Yeah I am in love with them. I think I may try to acquire other translucent scales. Next may be the sapphire. I really wish the lighter blue ones were available as they look amazing.

I have yet to use the small flat head but I have been using the chisel as a cuticle pusher and it works pretty well. Overall its a good scraping tool.

I agree - since I’ve be been carrying the Champ for this challenge I have felt pretty well covered for all (everyday) eventualities when it’s in my pocket. It’s a fantastic piece of design - as if I didn’t know that already! :0)

Good point BB, often forget they are even back there.

Going to celebrate an unsung hero of the Stack community today. 22 days into the Challenge and I have yet to carry it. Shameful really.

So far I have used the big blade for apple duty. I saw a video about the scaler being used as a box opener/cutter so I gave it a shot. Worked like a champ..  :ahhh

Today i used to remove lockthread (blue threadlock inside) on lock nut since it was only good size and right threads nut when we installed suspension kit to my brothers Volvo 850. Also scissors was used to cut some bandaid since you cannot get without wounds while fixing car.
