Discontinued models still being listed?

Anyone know what’s the official list, and when it will actual take effect?

After everything is out of stock I’m assuming.

Discontinued, for the buyer, does not mean much, as many knives that people have claimed to have been discontinued are still available years after (the Victorinox pastry knife was supposedly discontinued a decade ago, according to some US sources, but we can still buy it).

Also, sometimes, you get a local dealer saying it is discontinued, but that may only affect one region, with the knife still in production.

My advice is to do not panic buy.
