Helpful add-on for keychain carry

Have you ever carried a medium/large SAK (or other tool) in a keychain and, somehow, it got in an uncomfortable position, because of the fixed keyring? I looked for a way to make it more adjustable and found these.

Used for fishing, they are quite strong and resistant and awlso small enough to go unnoticed. Yet, they allow whatever tool you put them on to adjust smoothly to your pocket without effort.

Not quite the same as those, but I do currently use speedclips from my local fishing tackle shop, to hang my SAKs off their suspension clips. The idea is that I can just whip the clip off if it ever feels like it's getting in the way of the tools.
They do versions with swivels built in too, in various sizes, so should work just as well on a keychain, I imagine:
