Activites for the UK Meetup

Dudes and dudesses,

No ribbing on this post.

No mick taking

No hijacking

No messing about

(Lets see how long that lasts :D)

Activities for our Meetup?

Q. I will bring a shed load of undyed natural 3mm leather, some stabilised Oak and various other bits.  Now if some of you can grab some paracord, sand paper and glue.......

Can you guess what it is yet

Answer: I have no idea but it sounds like fun!

I was thinking we might tap you for some lanyard making lessons, am I close?

I can bring a couple of throwing axes if people want to play.  I would need some kind of wooden target to hit though.  I should point out I terrible at this and haven't tried for ages but we could all learn together.

Lanyards are Roadies type of thing....I am the bracelet maker hooooorah.

However, that is not the answer I was looking for.

Come on Dudes....leather, Wood, Glue, Sandpaper....put it together and what have you got?

I think i might be able to teach you monkeys how to do some sort of knoty stuff, if people could bring paracord that would be cool as my supply is dwindling and i don't know if i'll buy any more before the meet :)

Huge apologies but due to my advancing years I failed to see the "supersmall-stupid-hard-to-see-Ryan-being-too clever-for-my-liking-poxy-little-writing-damn-computer-wizadry-text"

In other words....Yes its a strop  ::)

Cutting free hanging  rope, and choping  2x4, and still being able to shave the hair on your arm at the end of it :)

I'll see if I can find some stuff on youtube :)
