Finally got round to doing this. I used a Victorinox sim pin for the red handle. Completes my home made Deluxe Climber nicely.

And excellent tip how to do it - I was not aware about the trick cutting off the end of the handle.

 I attempted something similar some time ago - replacing the mini SD with 0/00 Philips, but it did not turned out that neat. I heated up the mini driver to remove it and then drill it for the Philips. It worked, but the handle deformed slightly during the process so I had to file it to fit in the corkscrew again and the final look is rough.
