The info came directly to me from a person who has been scammed by Bartoleme Simplico

There's a guy from Saudi Arabia floating around the forums, he makes
offers on trades, which seem pretty good, and he seems very normal, at
the moment he is going by the name Bartoleme Simplico

Out of stupid trust, I mailed him my HINDERER Kubaton set about 2 weeks
ago, then he made an offer when I listed my Paramilitary for trade over
a week ago.

I had done some research with XXX on the forums, and this guy is a
scammer, has multiple names, basically anyone from Saudi Arabia contacts
you, don't even reply.

I will be posting a thread up once I gather more info about this clown,
but at the moment I'm about 300 US$ in the red because of him.

Not sure if it the same guy but there were a large number of FAKE RESCUE knives being sold by seller/sellers from Dubai. The sellers all had there eBay id start date the same, about 4 if I remember right. They were selling new Rescue knives about the time we were all told about those fakes rolling around. It was not very long before their feedback showed it. Smartknives bought one from him/her/whomever.

Yeah, Nigeria, Costa Rica and Senegal (Ivory Coast) are huge on Internet fraud.  Be suspicious of people contacting you from these places.

Tony, I need you to open a criminal case for me and some Internet friends if you don't mind. We ALL traded some knives to an individual in Saudi Arabia. He did confirm receipt OR delivery records indicate delivery of the items but he has failed to make good on his end of the deal going back to 2007. It's at the point now he is broadening his reach and deceiving others by obtaining merchandise on their good will and not sending his items in the trade - and it needs to stop right away. A prima facia case against him for fraud, a real no brainer for the U. S. Attorney based on the available evidence and statements so far obtained.

Would you ask the U. S. Attorney to draw up a Criminal Complaint for 18USC1341 against this individual for Mail Fraud . The transaction took place on the Internet and a criminal complaint issued for 18USC1343 Fraud by Wire would also be warranted under guideline recently published in the Federal Register by the Federal Trade Commission and Secret Service under the Electronic Commerce Act relating to fraud. The statute is also enforceable in other  countries besides the United States of America due to International law and agreements to the  Fraud by Wire Act.

Please request an Immigration lookout on him and any immediate family members that can be identified  coming to the USA, and deny them admission due to CHEN’s criminal activity. He may be a U. S. citizen working in the Kingdom, this has not been verified by the Saudi Arabian government as of todays date.

An "off the record" phone call to the Saudi Embassy in Washington,DC would also be appreciated as well as a mail watch on his address in Saudi Arabia for future parcels sent to him. I am sure the mails will yield a wealth of information on this individual. A follow up letter to the law enforcement agencies in the Kingdom responsible for enforcement would also be appreciated as well as a seizure order for the individuals  computer(s)  at work and at home for forensic purposes as well as evidence in the crimes. I am not sure of the subjects immigration status in the Kingdom is , but I am sure an inquiry would produce worth while results in this case as to computers used as well as other mail drops / addresses.

I do understand that if the merchandise that was taken by fraud in this case is promptly returned before criminal action is underway that the  United States government has no choice but to drop charges on the suspect individual on a case by case basis as it relates to the identified suspect. If  the suspect in this case had any intelligence at all and to eliminate the consequences of his fraudulent actions he would be a fool not to return the items he defrauded the individuals out of.

I am not sure at this time  if ALL the individual that have been subjected to the suspects actions have been identified. I am sure there are still some other individuals in the pipeline that will come forward once they know they are subject to fraudulent activities. Once those identities are known their information will be sent to you as soon as they are properly identified so they can be included in the criminal complaint issued by the U. S, government.
