Victorinox & Wenger Baker's knife

Hello!

About two weeks ago I bought four vintage baker's knives.
Does anyone know if the Victorinox Elinox with non-serrated blade is a less common/rare find?
Also, what about the Wenger with steel scales (can't find any info online for that knife)?
What would be a fair asking price for these knives?
