Creating new topic instead of posting pics

Not sure if this is something that'd show up in logs or whatever. This morning, I tried twice to post some pics in the Case Knives thread on Edged Tools. Both times, after I hit submit, it took a couple seconds and then opened the new topic box instead of posting.

Edit: Tried from a different computer and it worked fine. I noticed the files are larger than usual. In the past, I know we had a big file warning, but maybe that's changed since the big upgrade last year?

It's most probably the file being too big, the overall total size or an un-supported file type. I do not see a warning either on my phone then  :salute:

Allowed file types: txt, doc, pdf, jpg, gif, png, JPG, JPEG
Restrictions: 4 per post, maximum total size 4096KB, maximum individual size 512KB
