"Damascus" Blade on AliExpress or DH Gate for Free Series?

Has anyone tried the "Damascus" blade that Aliexpress or DH Gate has?
I realize its probably not damascus and just etched to look like it,
I dont really care about that, as long as the steel is good, I am just trying to find a plain edge blade to replace my P2's combo edge.

MackWalkertools is your best bet. I have a set on the way for the wave. They appear to be actual folded steel with what he insists is vg10 core. For reference he's sells high end powder steel blades and makes some very exclusive titanium parts. He's not your average Ali seller and is a bona fide leatherman nut
