A few days ago I was in a pawn shop with a friend who was looking for power tools. I've had some decent luck at this particular shop in the past. I was looking at some old guns when a bow on the wall caught my attention. Nothing special, a cheap 20 lb. recurve bow for my nephew. (getting that Christmas shopping done extra early

) THEN, I notice over by the archery stuff is a very small, not impressive display of pocket knives and SAKs. With a simple glance I can see that it is mostly over priced Victorinox and cheap knock-off stuff. But off to one side is what appeared to be a Leatherman PST. Thankfully I did a quick double-take because at the last moment my eye caught the tell-tale sight of an off-gold colored bottle opener at the end of one of the handles.

There was no mistaking it. This pawn shop had a used Leatherman Flair!
They wanted $30 for it. I pretended to be upset by the filthy state of the tool and the lack of box or sheath. The guy let me buy it for $25!
It was pretty dirty so I washed it and scrubbed it clean when I got home.
I have wanted one of these for about 11 years now. I LOVE the idea of MTs with forks.
