Not at all, I enjoyed reading about the barn and that your mom still lives in your childhood home.  :hatsoff:
Rest in peace ColoSwiss, you will always be remembered.

Cold , hovering at freezing, but DRY this morning.

A walk this morning, sunrise detected only because the cloud cover  turned from a DARK Grey, to. Light grey!

The OHT saw expect to be used for trimming overhanging tree branches I have been avoiding!  But, the city had come through and did a lot of pruning…

[ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ]

So, I took this picture, reminds me of the hay barn on the farm next door to where I grew up and worked  no for many years.   My mom still lives in the house I grew up. But, the barn is gone, and all other structures, as the property was all willed to the Nature Center to be protected from developers.  Was just there last Friday visiting mom.

I like barns !

Day 3

I've been glued to my computer catching up on work, so I haven't used my OHT today.  The pliers make a fun fidget toy - they remind me of my old Gerber multipliers.

Day 4

Find the OHT in the Fridge.
My dad would have loved this refrigerator because you can view what's inside before opening the door.

Protecting the pickles! 😉. Bread  and Butter my favorite!  Those helped the most with my radiation treatment recovery, I craved the pickles and juice, still do!!!😁

I could use that feature😉. But, then I would need another excersise for arm workout of opening/closing the fridge door multiple times to find that there is nothing worth eating🤪
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Day 4

My youngest daughter’s birthday  🎂

After appointments, arrived and found two packages on the porch and a 3rd in the mail box.

OHT, opening duty, implemented test of which blade can do what.

The Resue Tool, box opening, slicing reinforced tape.

* IMG_5332.jpg (Filesize: 124.24 KB)

Debris gathered in the notch, prevented the blade from completing the assignment.

PE edge, completed the box and opened envelope 1.

Then envelope 2

The SE stepped up and cut cardboard box to size for the recycle bin.

One tool, 3 implements for the win😎🖖🏿

Opinel?

Yes, Barry kinda pointed me toward No08 somehow, and then shared his wife borrowed his No06 Walnut.

So, I kinda have this drive for variety,  color,  size. These are two of three recently ordered via the River site for free shipping as the Opinel web page was slim pickings  the last look see.

Orange is a No07 and Purple/Grey is No06
Part of the colorama  series.   I also have No08 in Navy Blue🙄

You see there is a Opinel Challenge in March, the first time ever,  and we do need members for a badge to be created and etc,  you know. 😉. Lots of 😎 members

Very cool!  Is that a type of glass or a video display?
