Through some incredible international effort (and some great humor  ) I present to you the Gerber World Driving Tour 2024!   If it has a Center Drive style Bit driver, it's welcome here .  The question right now is when.  I'm occupied this month and March, but free anytime but then.   I've included a poll to see what works.

I'm in the Classic SD challenge this month, the 108mm Challenge next month, and am still on the fence about the Opinel challenge in March.

My Center Drive is awesome, and I keep looking at the Armbar Trade as a work knife. Tractor Supply has the Armbar Driive (with scissors), which looks to have a decent bit driver despite being a small knife. After having seen it in person for the first time (Tractor Supply, as of late, has really expanded their knife selection), I was impressed. Having a 1/4 bit driver has been absolutely necessary since switching from Phillips to Torx for wood screws.

I've had one for years Cody and I agree.  If you have a bit kit you're almost unstoppable!

What matters most, though, is the month that the most peoples can do it in order to get a Badge made (unless there already is one).

:iagree:  Edit: There's one for the Center Drive for certain.  We'll have to see what kind of participation we get for the other tools.  It should be a great time PN!

I voted for "other" simply because with the UK carry laws I'm pretty much restricted to work or at home carry  ::)

I'll try and use the Dual at work and the Slim at home (that's the plan anyway, so far )

As such, I'm okay for any of the months suggested and can fit in according to others needs etc.

That works for me Surge!  I know there are a lot of challenges going on and don't want to limit anyone.

I meant Centerdrive, but I guess you figured that out already.  Thanks for the clarification.

Everyone, let's shoot for February.  Surge, we can definitely work around the UK carry laws and work.  My duty rig has had a Swisstool RS on it for years.  I justify my challenge carries by only using the Swisstool at work for work related items.  All else goes to the tool of the challenge.  To switch it out would be more trouble than it's worth.  We have to work around the laws of where we live.

There's currently a Center Drive Challenge badge.  I don't know about the newer Gerber tools.  I will ask Steve to post this challenge on the official list .

If there are any concerns, please let me know.

Maybe the Center Drive Badge can be interpreted as including all Gerber models with a center driver like the Dual Force, etc.  Its not really that big of a stretch.  #wishfulthinking
