Going For My Flashlight Badge

As part of my farm EDC I have a flashlight on me. I carry one of three flashlights. They are all from the Maglite warm white spectrum series. They are a 2700k warm white LED so they look incandescent. I carry the 1xAAA solitaire, 2xAA mini mag, or the 3xAAA XL50. If I really need light then I grab the 300L 4D 1002 lumen LED.

I am a big fan of them. You get the color temperature of incandescent with the brightness and battery life of LED. Plus you get the Maglite adjustable beam.

Very nice selection of Maglites.

I tend to prefer more neutral lights of 4000-5000k, but can understand the preference.

I carry it in its belt pouch. I like it a lot. Being a Maglite it will last a long time. I will give up super bright and trade it for built to last.
