Mystery tool. Victorinox, Wenger, or knockoff?

I came across this tool in a lot on an auction site. I can't figure out if it's a Victorinox, a Wenger, or a knockoff. I can't say I've seen a Vic or Wenger with a compass in the scale. There was only one shot of one side of the knife, and nothing in the description about the knife itself. Any ideas of what it could be?

Ah, I think you're right. I can't see much of the tools, but they definitely look different from anything produced by Wenger or Victorinox.

AFAIK, the only SAKs ever produced by Vic or Wenger that included a compass had the Wenger Orienteering Tool…

Only Mr. Immler would be able to come up with a way to open a wine bottle with a pair of tweezers...  :rofl:

 :rofl:  add to that it shows the woodsaw going after a bike chain for some reason!

Another funny thing I found was on another listing you have this, which could almost be a champ with the front scale photo shopped in.

But if you scroll a bit more into the pics you see this with different amount of tools and completely different tools.

   Look at the scissors in the second photo.  You can see the characteristic little hump with the nail nick in it.  All the Chinese sak-alikes have it.  Best wishes.  G

Yep - The scissor bump is always a giveaway on the CAKs
However the scissors in the OP photo do not have the bump.

The give away for me on the OP photo is the mini screwdriver - The handles are very short on the CAKs and round not hexagonal
Also the frame for the mag glass is metal  - Also a common feature on CAKs
The joint on the pliers is different from how it is today - But does look like the original plier joint
And of course the compass in the scales - Which Vic or Wenger never did!!

So overall .... KNOCK-OFF - Although potentially looks to be a reasonable one!

 I prefer my multitools with 3 small knives and phillips head scissors, I think I may have found my future EDC!  :woohoo:

I recently ran into an older, scale-less CAK that impressed me a bit.  The saw was just a sliver of sheet metal so it was useless, and the corkscrew was weak, but the blades, can, and bottle opener were pretty decent.  Even the construction seemed good.  I held on to it to use for spare parts but, I might just try replacing the saw and the corkscrew as practice on it.
