Two New To Me Knives

My cousin stopped by one the way to visit his parental units. He gave me these two knives. He is a fleet tech so the tool truck is a normal thing. The Matco knife is interesting consider who would buy it, mechanics. It is spring loaded, thick handle, and a grippy rubberized coating. I wonder who makes the knife for Matco?
