Mine arrived today and the color is even better than I had expected! I bought two, as is my practice, but now I'm thinking I might need a third, hah. 2024 is definitely my favorite Alox LE color released so far, but there's no accounting for taste, I guess. I poured a cocktail and got them all out tonight and took a picture, but then realized I mixed up '20 and '21 in order.... Sigh...(Image removed from quote.)
Oh, that's what you mean. As far as I know, Victorinox works with RAL colors when anodizing. Maybe they simply took the name from RAL8028 - terra brown.Yes, of course, gladly!
@Huntsman: Thank you so much for your work on Wiki!
Hi Huntsman,Yes, I have a 2010 Pioneer that I found used. It doesn't bother me that the scales have some pocket wear -- the knife looks great as-is!(Image removed from quote.)Myron
Hmmmm - Change the toolset on a model ? That's a bit radical for Victorinox Also expect a backlash from the collectors .... Remember what happened when the switched the Pioneer and Cadet for the Pioneer X and the Hunter Pro.
