Where are all the well used, well loved SS traditional knives

In my favourite thread here on traditional knives. There are a whole lot of working carbon steel knives, but lacking in well used stainless variants.

This seems to be reflected on the internet in general. Pictures of shiny mint stainless knives are in abundance, but  pictures of SS knives that have had a life a very thin on the ground.

Anyone here have any well used SS traditional knives.
My trouble is i never show initiative, but that's only because no one has told me to.
