I designed and made it. It can hold a few or many cards as the sides automatically adjust. There is an internal tongue to hold cash. Cards can be easily extracted even fanned and selected via thumb push access on the rear side. Cash can reside internally in all or partly inter leaved behind the from cover for rapid access. Hope this makes sense. I've made many variations and some have been posted in the past few pages in this thread.
Following is a recent edc load out with more recent wallet design iteration that has been bashed beaten and tortured. The pics shows back/front and an interleaved bank note.  I only used vegetable tanned leather which is very resilient and conforms nicely to the payload.

I shoot them all the time at home. This one was still in there after a walk in the backyard down to the creek the day before yesterday. But I do carry one every chance I can in the event I can get a shot or two in.
