What watch is that? I couldn't read the dial even after enlarging the photo.

If I pay five figures for something, it better have wings or a foundation!

Thanks. I have a few and bought them back in the day when they were more accessible and low cost.
They have been used a lot in salt water and WR has been excellent. WR seal design is really smart and have opened them many times to regulate accuracy.
The original spring bars were not so deserving of praise. They always rust hard and end up getting cut off.
Here's a pic of same watch with original bracelet that is often maligned due to lightness and rattle. Not especially bad IMHO and honestly it is similar to my experience with older Rolex Rattle Submariner bracelets. …

This is the Vostok Amphibian with classic "Scuba Dude" dial …

This is a Special Edition (SE) version Amphibian with GMT function …

What is that watch? A black band would give it my preferred look for an automatic. And the Mini Tool... :like:

Looking good, HF!

I’d post in this thread more often, but the fact of the matter is that my EDC really doesn’t change much day to day, beyond swapping out a knife or two as the mood strikes.

Thanks nate.
In recent years I've overdosed on following and buying EDC gear and friggin around with it. Expense of EDC certainly does not always equate to effective, useful or practical EDC outcomes. I do enjoy using my varied edc to learn what does or doesn't work. People sharing their interest and experience here on MTO is also a fantastic resource for learning.

The watch is a Davosa Argonautic Dual Time PVD - Reference: 161.512.80
I've used it with a long a list of straps etc but notables are in pics below, namely;

+ Davosa Argonautic original metal PVD bracelet

+ Davosa Argonautic Nylon strap black grey white

Advert vid of watch sent to over 100,000 feet altitude.

+ Black leather band - Colareb Venezia - Probably the most comfortable, weather permitting. Great substantial leather strap which confirms perfectly.
