Rivet "washer" sizes / CAD model?
on: July 17, 2024, 07:22:16 PM
Does anyone know where there might be diagrams or 3D models of the washers that the scales clip onto?

Also, does anyone know how many different ones exist across the Victorinox models?  Are any shared across sizes?

I'm interested in 58, 74, 84, and 91mm knives.  I'm not sure if the larger non-alox models use them.

Thank you!

I just popped the scales off of an 84mm knife which reminded me of this thread (measured on knife, rounded up to nearest 0.05mm):
  • 4.70mm flange diameter
  • 4.30mm stem diameter
  • 1.55mm height

On the same subject...

Anybody know the size for 58mm SAK brass washers to compensate loose play in between tools?

Thanks

Is this for a mod?  I would think the thickness would depend on what you are compensating for.

I can't think of any of my stock 58's having a washer.  If you know of a model, I'll check to see if I have one.
