I got this one when I was about 8 years old.  Made by Imperial.  Providence, RI USA.  Didn't get much use except for the knife.  Best wishes.  G

It sure is a cool idea to have a folding knife that you can attach other tools to. Feels like it may be the first modular multitool ever made hehe
Have a good one G

I carried the knife part of the tool during the MTO Anniversary challenge for a day.  For a boy's knife it was actually pretty good.  The tools were mostly just for looks.  If you were to twist hard on a screwdriver, you could probably pop the knife apart.  I might have opened a bottle or tried to open a can once upon a time.  Maybe used a screwdriver.  I got in some good practice sharpening a blade with this one.  The blade is still pretty sharp.
I thought it was super nifty when I was a kid.  The whole kit didn't carry well in kiddie style pockets.  I carried it fishing some.  Never did take it to school.  Best wishes.  G

 :like: and :like:

I'd guess that the one JowiiYoyo posted is also an Imperial. They made good use of that "cracked ice" handle cover material.

Edit: I was wrong! Pretty cool that it was made in Sheffield.

This is the one I have representing this type of multi-tool. This set comes from Japan.

I almost picked up one of these but I did wonder how well the tool would hold up.

I had one of these long long ago as a kid, probably in the late 50's.  I still have one blade, found at the bottom of some box, and up until a few years ago the knife would show up once in a while.  It wasn't a bad knife, but I never cared for that style of blade, preferring something better for whittling, so it never got much use, and it's probably rusted wherever it now resides.
