84mm Black Alox Spydernox

Building another 84mm Black Alox Spydernox with black G10 Liners and wondering if I should Acid Etch the tools and springs or leave it.  Part of me thinks the black silver contrast looks great, but the other thinks all black would be pretty cool.  What do y'all think?

I'm a fan of the black and silver contrast myself.

I think the all black would look good if there was a way to make the tools look shiny black.  Like Victorinox's Onyx black collection.

But honestly, anything you end up coming up with, always looks great in my opinion.

Thank you for your opinion, I'm leaning towards the black and silver now too.  I still need to grind the spring for the Spyderco blade a little, it has a bit too much tension on it.  Should have it done tomorrow and I'll post some picks!

That looks real clean.  I love it.  It's something James Bond would carry in his pocket.  :tu:

Wow ! That's an alox I'd be happy to carry !
The contrast is, IMHO, much better by the way.
A subtle stonewash perhaps…

Yeah, kinda is.  Maybe I need to see about fitting an awl in an 84mm next to the blade.
