Take part in the christmas pool or a rak type giveaway. Those wanting to say thank you for a rak may also nominate for the santa. Start a new thread and post a photo of your gear for thirty (30) consecutive days. You must carry at least one item from every category of the gear list every day. Participate in a challenge by carrying  a Combo Edged knife or Multitool and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK-alike, aka multi-layered, knife-based pocket tools for thirty (30) consecutive days. In this challenge,  carry one(1) Pliers-based or Non-pliers multitool that we always have prejudice against, hate or even fear and post a picture everyday for 30 days Start a new thread and post a photo daily of any SAK 74mm or smaller ( you can switch it up daily ) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge by carrying  a GEC knife and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days.

Well, I have to admit this is not a SAK, but a FrAK, officially known as the Couteau C.A.C. (Combat. Assistance. Campagne). It is the new French Army pocket knife. It includes a corkscrew!

The snacks (hummus and dates) are from a brand new French 24-h combat ration.

Well, I ate a lot of French rations (yes, a vert weird hobby), however I've never seen a ration containing ostrich. But maybe I've missed it.

The snacks pictured came from a new French ration. Main dishes are Barbeque Pork with Pasta and Beans with Vegetables. It has 4000kcal and weighs 1,9 kilo!

Bijou and barbecue pork rinds.  Full of cholesterol and salt and other nutrients.  I tried to place the bag so the brand wouldn't show.  A friend from China asked me what pork rinds were.  He had been buying the things and liked them but was curious about what they were.  Best wishes.  G
