Custom 58mm Jetsetter

Made this one for a customer, he wanted a Jetsetter that was as thin and short as possible.  The scales are 0.5mm thick titanium liners that I shortened on each end, then smoothed the radius some.  I slightly countersunk where the rivets would be so that I could sand the rivets flat with the liners.  Then polished it up some.

Dang... that is slim.  Customer definitely got what he asked for.  I'd be worried about losing something that thin.  :rofl:
