Day 20

Proof that the best tool is the one you have with you.

Did a rare thing today, stopped a vehicle on the road to access the CCTV hard drive. We normally wait until they’re in for the night, but needed this one in a hurry.

The system should have been secured inside a locker with a key, which I had, but turned out to be behind a panel that needed a T key. Drat!

The file of the Bond got the job done and avoided any embarrassment.

Nothing better than a pile of fried blue gills, lake perch, and or crappie slabs, served up with fried potatoes and homemade bread and strawberry jam, hot coffee after a day on the ice. Almost could not keep the eyes open while cleaning up the kitchen.
The warm air in the house would induce a comma carrying you into Sunday morning.

That's a meal I could eat every week

Day 22: Much like Frenche's post, we did some IKEA assembly ourselves, but on a bathroom cabinet. The hose clamp was to secure the water line to the side sprayer. I think I've used every tool on the Bond now!  I wonder what Q would say?

Day 23

Nearly caught me off guard. Unexpectedly asked to help assembling this cart. The aluminium hollow rods and plastic are too tight that needs to be hammered in. Only got a steel hammer. Asked for a piece of scrap wood to put on top. The hole for the bearing part of the wheels are too tight as well, need to remove the wheels and use the hallow rod to hammer them in. Couldn't do it without Cobra xs and bond.

Everything was so tight that after all are hammered in, the piece of wood has fell into pieces. Typical China quality.
