Badge attempt: Scale Changer

Just realized these probably qualify. First the latest: G10 scales for the Climber. The scales come from Poland through Etsy. Very clean and snappy.

And of course my Copper Cadet with Flytanium scales, and the Rambler with Daily Custom (Germany) scales.

Congratulations on your badge!

You inspired me to request the badge.

My motivation to upgrade the SPARTAN was originally to migrate to MICARTA, but most were out of stock or very high price.

I do like your BLACK G10 on your CLIMBER.

I have been warned, it is a deep deep rabbit hole, changing out scales.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

I know! And it's the most carried items you want to make "yours", so the temptation is there all the time.

As for copper, it's finger candy for me. Suitable for smaller SAKs. For larger ones Alox, wood, composite, etc is fine. But it seems I don't have any classic red Cellidor in my users. Feels a bit heretic  :climber:

:hatsoff: I think so too. Silly heavy, of course, but has the right tools and feels very fidgetable.
