I like the color. Unfortunately for me, when they dropped the pioneer and cadet the LE series doesn’t hold any appeal now.

I always collected the Pioneer and Cadet each year too, but I kept on going when they switched to the PX.  I love the new color!

Seriously that does look very cool, although I gave up long ago on trying to keep up with every new special edition model that came out.  It seemed like there was a new one every three days for a while there.  They just didn't seem all that special anymore.

I happened to be in Oxford St, London on new years eve and walked past the VIC shop so had to go in

Was chatting to the staff, looking at the new models and was asked if there was anything I particularly wanted.
I explained I mostly just collect older ones and the annual LE's, to which he said, well I've got the 2026 LE model here, happy to sell you one as long as you don't post anything online until 2026 - about 10 hours away at the time.

So what could I do, but snap up the annual PX. I'd collected the annual LE cadets prior to the switch to PX, and have all the LE PX's so a no brainer.

It's a really nice colour, even better in the hand than the pics suggest

I always thought the LEs came out some way into the year
Although I just checked the Wiki and noticed I updated it with the 2024 models on 19th December 2023!!
So maybe announced earlier sometimes

@huntsman yes I was most pleased he made me promise about three times not to post a pic early and used last years LE to scan it, so same price

As I say above the colour is particularly nice, possibly my favourite of all the LE’s
