Ugh. In the past year or so I've ordered from three different companies, and each one sent the wrong item! When I call to complain, they always apologize and understand and offer to send a free replacement. But then the replacement is wrong too!

By then they just give up and refund my money.

So I'm not out very much cash, but I've got Scooby fishing equipment up the wazoo....
