This red painted Leatherman Micra is completely new and unused, but was never officially sold because of the damaged paint.
No box or papers, you get exactly what you see in the pictures.

Dammit you've got some hard to find stuff up here Kwakster.

In case people don't know YOU MAY NEVER SEE ANOTHER PAINTED MICRA IN THIS CONDITION AGAIN. If you are a collector, you need one of these. I'm sure these are rarer than riveted PSTs!

The finish is so fragile that they were replaced quickly by the anodised "covers". I have a red one, else I would be bidding heavily for this.

I think all the painted ones were marked USA, due to when they were in production. The "USA" was dropped in favour of "TOOL" after the court case in 2001/2.

I have a roughly 50/50 split of Micras with USA v TOOL - it's just words, as they're still made in USA regardless.
