Shard may be available for purchase!

As I mentioned in the Artifact thread, Gerber is strongly considering making the Shard available online for purchase after receiving a number of email requests.

They told me a month ago that it would be available "very soon" for a "limited time", but there is no sign of it yet.

So if any of you guys are interested in getting a Shard, put a little more pressure on Gerber and send an email to sales@gerbergear.com asking where you can buy a Shard.

The emails are the only reason they were considering it and it only takes a few seconds to send.

Perhaps it would be better if we arranged a group-buy of sorts and then the powers that be (reads "Def") ~~arranged for~~ politely requested a limited run of Shards for MT.org forumites (even better, with the MT.org logo on them)...

Weird. That is the standard answer they were giving before, but after a few emails they changed their tune.

Looks like they changed their mind at some point. I think they need another round of pestering...

I have a restraining order on me by Gerger..... I cant contact them or get within 100 yds of anything in thier product line.

Don't worry. That's what happened last time too. They sent a bunch of stock replies for a few days and then temporarily changed their mind after a while.

I am not saying that it is 100%, but we have a pretty good shot.
