IMO it is.
I very much rate it.
Which is why I had no problems gifting it out to a friend in need, only the best for friends right.
One day I'll get another.
Until then I'll carry the signal or a frankengerber.

If I try real hard I can find things to complain about the Spirit, but nothing substantial or non-trivial. A pocket clip would be nice, but it's not essential, the Spirit pocket carries perfectly well. I do enjoy seeing folks try to criticize them, it's pretty entertaining.  :D

It seems fine but I do have a Swisstool and it just seems a smaller version of it :D I do like the feel of the pliers (shape of the handles  ) and it seems like it will hold up to use but I don't think I will stop carrying LM because of it  :D

Just got this today for the challenge, I guess it's a Spirit S  no scissors. It's in really good shape and doesn't seem to be have been used much. I was surprised that there is some play in the plier pivot having heard all about how tight the tolerances are on Swisstools. I'm not sold on the sheath, I had to replace the Velcro on the flap. I like leather sheaths so it might end up riding in one of my Leatherman sheaths.

I had a Spirit before a SwissTool, so I always felt the ST had too much stuff, and harder to deploy. Good to hear your LM's are safe!  :D
