Rust test on LM Kick

This is my beater LM Kick. I thought I would put it through the rust test.

Crab dinner tonight:

Final test. Time for the dishwasher.




I will let you know tommorow how it turns out.

Well I wanted to take pictures but didn't get a chance.

There was no ust. But I used the heat dry setting on the dishwasher and it gets things pretty hot. I have had this same LM rust on me before. Now I at least feel its safe to put it in the dishwasher but no touchy with sweaty hands.

I find that the only time I have had trouble with any of my tools rusting is when I put them up for long periods of time without use.
